How long does it take to deliver a website
It varies depending on the size of the project as well as the functionality of the website. Depending on current workload we try to have our clients projects delivered within 7 – 14 working days.
Do you only take once off payments or do you do monthly payments as well
We do both. Once off payments are for the development of the site and includes one year’s hosting and domain fees – no maintenance is included, but can be provided upon request. Our monthly packages is an all in one package that covers the rental of the website, the maintenance as well as the hosting and domain fees.
How do you manage domains and hosting
We prefer to transfer the domain to our registrar and have full access to it at all times, but if our clients want to hold on to their domain they are more then welcome. It will be the clients responsibility to maintain and DNS records that are necessary.
Do you do in person colsultations
Yes, we do. In our immediate (Kosh) area we do free, in person consultations and outside our immediate area, if the client does not want to do an online meeting we charge R11.50 per/km. This is not a hidden fee, the client will be informed of this beforehand.
Can I switch from a monthly payment to once off
Yes, our monthly periods are 6, 12 and 24 months and it mainly depends on where you are in the timeline. You can email us requesting for a once off payment plan and we can work out a price for you
Do you take online payments
Yes, we have various payment methods available including: EFT and Payfast
What is your hosting uptime
We have a 99% uptime guarantee and will let our clients know if there are any upstream issues or maintenance to be aware of.
Do you provide clients with access to the code/backend/wp-admin
Upon request, we can, but the client has to be aware that if something happens to make the site not function as intended whilst the client was on the code/backend/wp-admin the client will have to pay a recovery fee.
Do you give refunds
Once a quote has been accepted and the 50% deposit has been paid, we do not offer any refunds. We only refund the client when we can not complete the project – even then there is a 15% administration fee that will not be refunded.
